Tabor Ethiopian Restaurant, Baltimore, Maryland

Lydia must confess to a total ignorance of the cuisine of Ethiopia--and, indeed, of the nation of Ethiopia--but she had thought, upon stumbling across an Ethiopian restaurant in her search for the Supper Club's next destination, that that was what Supper Club was all about, wasn't it?

So here she was, at Tabor, waiting for her friends and fellow Supper Clubbers to join her. It smelled fantastic in here, she must say, although she did so hope Ethiopia wasn't one of those nations that was enamored of the chile pepper.

And then she added, "Or I'm greedy."
